Construction
There is construction at the intersection of North Territorial and Dexter-Town hall Rd. This construction is almost done, and there is a chance the intersection will be open, but most likely it will not.
To get to the house, you most likely will need to drive past “road closed to through traffic” signs. There are detours around the closed intersection. I have put directions below that are a little quicker than the official detour routes.

If coming through Dexter (click to enlarge)

- Take Main St all the way through Dexter (road runs north/west)
- Go through the one lane stone bridge underpass
- At the light, continue straight onto Island Lake Rd for about 2.7 miles
- Turn right onto Dexter Townhall Rd (there will be a yellow flashing light)
- Take Dexter Townhall Rd fro 2.4 miles and then turn left onto Quigley Rd (this is a dirt road) – There should be a large construction sign at this intersection.
- Take Quigley Rd to Madden Rd and turn right onto Madden Rd
- Turn left onto North Territorial
- The Reilly Farms subdivision is about 1 mile on the left
If coming from US-23 (click to enlarge)

- Take the North Territorial Exit 49
- Go West on North Territorial (there will be a couple of round-abouts) for around 10 miles (you can continue west past the Dexter-Pinkney Rd intersection even though it says closed to through traffic)
- Turn left onto Brand Rd (dirt road) – there should be a large construction sign
- Brand Road will have a 90 degree curve to the right, at which point it will turn into Quigley Rd.
- Continue on Quigley Rd past the Dexter-Townhall intersection.
- Take Quigley Rd to Madden Rd and turn right onto Madden Rd
- Turn left onto North Territorial
- The Reilly Farms subdivision is about 1 mile on the left
If coming from the West:
- The construction does not affect the route when coming from the west. You will see a “road closed to through traffic” sign at the intersection of North Territorial and Stofer Rd (there will be a gas station here). You can ignore this sign.
